For hygiene reasons, we never ask you to send an opened intimate product back. Simply email hello@vuivase.com within 30 days of delivery, tell us it wasn't right for you, and we'll process your refund. That's the whole process.
Unopened boxes Changed your mind and haven't opened your box? Return it unopened within 30 days for a full refund. Contact us first and we'll share the return address.
Damaged or wrong item If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo at hello@vuivase.com and we'll ship a replacement immediately — no need to return the original.
